HEART Hybrid Methods for Assessing Human Reliability in Coal-Fired Thermal Power Plant Process

The assessment of human reliability is crucial in serious processes and operations, such as planned maintenance, unplanned troubleshooting a coal-fired thermal power plant, the nature these poses significant threats. When literature examined, evaluation any type especially plants, limited. In order to fill this gap, we systematically assessed an accident that occurred during repair tube failure boiler plant. HEART (human error reduction technique) method was used hybrid way alongside fuzzy AHP SWARA (step weight ratio analysis) methods. Although practical, understandable, easy-to-implement method, APOE (assessment proportion effect) value depends on decision single maker. This study aimed eliminate deficiency compare possibilities using HEART–fuzzy HEART–SWARA can be operation all plants provides practical contributions minimize error.
